In Stock Items.
In stock items that do not require any customisation will be dispatched within 48 hours, however this may be extended around the Christmas period or the holidays. If the order is urgent please contact us or leave in the notes on your order any requests and we will try our best to accommodate.
Customised Items.
Please note that any bespoke orders, sets, crystal veils or customised items could potentially take unto 21 days for delivery.
P&P is charged at £5 for our standard delivery within the UK, via Royal Mail’s Signed for Delivery.  For all Islands off the UK Mainland inc Isle or Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, please note that £2 will be added to the postage for all items over 2kg. All items under 2kg will be the standard UK postage cost quoted. Please contact us for Overseas Postage – it will be charged at cost.
Please note: P&P on all our horse rugs is charged at £10.00, and fulfilled by Parcel2Go.
In the event of re-delivery If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and you do not contact them with a convenient time for re-delivery a £10.00 re-delivery charge will be incurred
When unwanted items are returned back to us we need to ensure they are returned in a re-saleable condition. Our expectations mean you have kept all of the original packaging and labels and that the item is undamaged and unused.
On receipt of your goods we ask for you to inspect them and if there is any fault or issue they would need to be returned to us within 14 days. If you try them on or use them in anyway then this may affect your rights to return the goods for a full refund, exchange or credit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods aren’t in a saleable condition.
All items sold come with a 3 month guarantee, however if any item is damaged through wear and tear we will welcome for it to be returned so we can look at the repair free of charge if possible but a refund or exchange will not be granted. We do ask that the return postage is covered by the buyer.
Any item that you wish to return for a refund would need to be arrive back with us within 14 days of purchase.
